Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you received, we will honor product returns, exchange, or refunds given the following conditions:
- If the product received is incorrect or different from the order placed, or different from how it is described on the website.
- If the product received is damaged or in defective condition.
Products that are defective can be returned or exchanged within 7 days upon receipt of your order. Please inform us via email at arkanaturalsph@gmail.com or message us immediately so we can review the request.
While we understand that you might have changed your mind, we won't be allowing exchange or refund of items due to personal hygiene standards and merchant limitations.
Products are subject to inspection before a return or an exchange is honored. Arka Naturals have the right to request the submission of electronic files, including photos, receipt, etc. to support the review process.
Returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- If the product is unused and has not been mixed with other raw materials.
- If the product has not been altered in any way.
- If the product has been properly stored and maintains the quality it was in when received by customer.
This policy does not apply to customized product orders and giveaways.
Arka Naturals will shoulder the shipping cost of sending back and forth the products to the Customer for approved return or exchange request.
Exchange, return or refund requests for items ordered online will not be accepted at Arka Naturals stockists.
In the event that product to be returned or exchanged is not available or sold out, store credits, with price value at the time the order is placed, will be given to customer, to use for purchasing other items in exchange for the returned item/s.
