What are your payment options? 

You may pay your orders through the following payment methods:

  • PayPal Express Checkout - For a hassle-free online shopping, click the PayPal button in your cart page to complete order and payment process for either credit card or debit card transaction. Fees may apply. 
  • Bank Deposit - Currently accepting BPI and BDO deposits. Bank details are shown at checkout, after submitting an order.  Please note though that all orders without confirmed payment will not be processed. We do not hold reservations - we process orders on a "first come, first served" basis.  
  • GCash & Paymaya - number is shown at checkout. Once transfer is done, please send screenshot or proof of deposit to either, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram DM @arka_naturals_ph. We will send you a confirmation message once payment has been validated. 
Do you have Cash on Delivery (COD)?
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available as of the moment.


What is your dispatch/shipping schedule?

Usually every Fridays and/or Saturdays. If you have a deadline or preferred delivery date/time, please inform us in advance, so we can check feasibility and make necessary arrangements.
Dispatch via Lalamove or Grab within NCR can be done the next day or an available date confirmed by an Arka Naturals representative after payment is confirmed. Arrival of orders can be expected from 9AM to 6PM, unless advised otherwise.


Do you ship nationwide? How much is the shipping fee?

A. Standard Delivery via local courier (3-7 days) 

  • National Capital Region: Php165*
  • Luzon: Php190*
  • Visayas: Php200*
  • Mindanao: Php220*
*Rate is based on 0-3 kg total weight. Arka Naturals reserves the right to ask for additional fee should the total weight of your order exceeds 3 kg.
B. Lalamove/Grab (same/next day delivery available in NCR, Laguna,   Cavite, Rizal only) Arka Naturals can arrange the booking, unless otherwise requested by the customer. Shipping fee is to be paid by customer directly to the driver. Rate is calculated by the app. Point of origin is usually Binan, Laguna but can change depending on prior arrangement or dispatcher's location. 


    I would like to order for gifting. Is it possible to deliver my order via Lalamove directly to the recipient?

    Surely! Kindly click the "Is this a gift" icon and put the receiver's information: name, contact number, and shipping address at checkout. If you have a special message for the recipient or packing instructions, leave us a note at the "special instruction to the seller" portion at checkout.

    If the recipient is within NCR, Laguna, Cavite, or Rizal, the mode of delivery is usually via Lalamove/Grab. Payment for the actual shipping fee will be computed afterwards. You will be contacted by an Arka Naturals representative to send the actual delivery fee to be paid for. 


    How soon can I receive my order/how do I track shipment?

    Products will be delivered to an address designated by you within 3-7 working days from “Shipment Notification” (except for same day delivery via Lalamove or Grab) and you may expect your order(s) within:
    (a)  3-7 working days for NCR; and
    (b) 3-9 working days for areas outside NCR
    You will receive a Shipment Notification by email/or SMS once your order has been shipped out.


    My order still hasn't arrived after 9 days. How will you compensate for it?

    We shall let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date. We will also be updating you on the status of your order via live chat. But, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.  In case where the deliveries are delayed due to typhoons or other conditions, we will try our best to arrange the products to be delivered on the next business day. 


    Do you ship internationally?

    As of the moment we only accept orders for delivery in the Philippines to the specified address.  


    How to cancel my order? 

    If you chose Bank Deposit or online transfer as payment method at checkout but was not able to deposit payment within 24 hours or has not responded to our confirmation message or payment reminders, your order is automatically cancelled.
    For Paypal Express Checkout payment method (debit and credit card), once you are done completing the checkout process, you are not allowed to cancel the order.

    Are your products safe for pregnant women, kids, and delicate skin?

    We ensure that our formulations are safe before we release them – natural and free from harmful chemicals such as petroleum, mineral oils, synthetic fragrances, artificial colours, parabens, harsh detergents, phthalates, silicones, PEG’s, SLES, and EDTA; making them safe and gentle to use from babies to beyond. We also provide full transparency of labels- list of ingredients used, warnings, shelf life, and storage instructions in all product pages as well as label and packaging. Nevertheless, it's always best to consult your doctor or do a patch test first before using our products.


    What is the shelf life of your products?

    Our dry and solid products like soap, lotion bar, perfume, pomade, candle have optimal shelf life of 12 months. Products that have moisture or oil on the other hand, like whipped scrubs, face and body oils, and sprays have to be consumed within 3 months of opening since they don't have any preservatives.  

    Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. You may also refrigerate other products, except for soaps and candles, to prolong shelf life. But before use, just make sure to allow the product to stand at room temperature for at least 5 minutes to soften the formula a bit, especially for products with oil and wax. 


    Do you test on animals?

    We are proud to say that all our products are cruelty-free. We ensure that there is no animal testing on any of our ingredients, at any point in the supply chain. We love our animal friends as we are fur parents ourselves. 


    Do you accept bulk orders?

    Yes, we do and we give discounts too! Just send us a message or email so we can discuss your requirements. 


    Do you have a physical store? 

    None yet but you may check out our products personally via our stockists


    Do you accept resellers?
